DIY K15 with Working Rudder
Well sometimes you just need a little home grown ingenuity some spit and glue and a grinder or 2.

Take one replacement rudder, grind the shaft down to M8 from M10 then linish for a smooth finish.

Square of the top of the shaft to fit the steering cable system plate and drill for a split pin.

Add some roofing seals and thrust washer to keep the sand etc out and the assembly moving smoothly.

Inset a split pin to keep the whole thing in place.

Tension cables to suit.

Hay presto K15 with working rudder.

Launching of the beast tomorrow morning in the river.
