I know its a touchy subject and has been commented on numerous times.

i just wanted peoples thoughts.
(no brand slogging or industry bashing please)

after surfing with my mates this weekend i was thinking in my head:

"why do people buy big name brand boards over local shapes?? and why do people buy local over big names"???

i ride local boards both my mates ride big brand name boards??

how do both seem to survive when there respective RRP is so different???

any thoughts??
