just after any knowledge some of you may have regarding the legalities of road closures. I know if main roads puts up road closed signs there is a large fine but does any other gov departments have the authority to close DPI roads. The reason I am asking is it seems certain departments are using road closed signs at their whim yet as far as I know do not or probably can't actually enforce the closure.
