does the kite has any repairs?
does it come with 4 or 5 lines bar?
how mucho would the shipping be to melbourne?
are the strut valves in good order?
thanks

To my message they reply the following:
hi htere
its 4 line kite
no repairs and struts are all good

Then I requested pics and all seemed ok, so I proceed to negotiate a price and got it shipped over to melbourne. I received the kite yesterday and proceed to pump it. First I notice a big patch, not a reinforcement but actually a rip cover with a sticker. Then I left the kite pumped for 2 hours and it lost the air, I checked the valves, pumped again and it still leaked air. I understand that is a second hand kite but I thought I was very specific about this concern when I asked them (several times).
I proceed to call I explained them the situation, they told me that they would need to discuss it and that they will call me back (which they did not) so I called back a few hours later and the guy on the phone told me he spoke with the owner and his answer was as follow
"mite you bought the kite 'as is' if you want it repair by us you will have pay for the postage from and to you and we can't gurantee the turn around'.
They never told me the kite was 'as is' until yesterday, I also tried to propose other options such as repairing it in melb and sending them the receipt, them covering the postage (already pay 50 for post from perth to melb when in reality the sticker said 20), or them sending me a spare leading edge bladder so I send them mine and I can use the kite and then I would send the spare bladder in return for the original one fixed and the guy just refuse. At the end the best he could offer me was a repair kit so i do it myself.
I can just comment on how dissapointed I am of buying from them...
