A hastily organised 7am meeting with Lou from East Coast Stand Up and a first ever Stand Up Paddling participant in my friend Colin and we were set for a glassy river run at Audley in the Royal National Park.

The sun shone, the video recorded and a 6km paddle to Swallow Rock Reserve at Grays Point and back was completed.

Bliss.
