Magic Beans
I have, through a roundabout series of events, found myself the proud new owner of a box of workout 'herbal supplement', meant to improve oxygenation of blood, reduce lactic acid buildup and help burn fat in aerobic and anaerobic workout levels. Meant to be quite good for long kite sessions, not to mention jogging and cycling etc.
Has anyone tried this sort of malarkey before? I normally wouldn't even consider such a thing but it was a gift, so I'm going to give it a try. Apparently it's got no Olympics banned substances in it and is on the whitelist.
