Why does Clive want to come here?

Everyone here seems to worship MM, and to be fair he has done the right thing by the state.

So why does CP want to bust in? Is it just for him personally or does he want anyone to come and go freely to WA?

I have to say, I can't see too many West Australians agree with this, but what do the Viccos, the real decision makers think about this? (Just joking, we all know decisions are made in NSW!).
