I have a 6.0 Naish 2009 all terain sail with a 453 luff and a 182 boom range that I want to replace with an Ezzy sail in comparable size, but I don't want the Cheetah. I want a bump and jump sail. The elite 6.1 looks closest in size to my old 6.0 sail. I'm aware of the huge range these sails have as I have a 2017 Zeta 6.8 and a 2017 legacy 5.2. Would a 6.1 elite be too large with its range compared to my old 6.0? Would a Zeta 5.8 with its sail range match up with my old 6.0 as far as the power it takes to plane, or would I be under powered? I'm worried that I'd be over powered with the elite 6.1. As you can see, my sail quiver consists of a 5.2, 6.0 and 6.8 sizes. Bottom line is, I'm looking for either an elite or zeta to take the place of my 6.0. Any suggestions would be great.
