note: I have a full quiver of NEO 2015

The kite pulls like a truck downwind, but when I go upwind I can feel the NEO is better taking me upwind
The kite pulls too much when I loop the kite. The NEO doesn't
The kite relaunch from the water a lot faster than the NEO
The kite inflation system is fantastic. Similar to NEO but I like the slingshot system better
The compact bridle system is smart. I am sure I will not get tangled lines.
I could not dump the power; I will have to change settings to report again. The NEO is better at dumping the power
The material is better than the NEO. The wing tip material is different. Time will only tell about what is better.
The drifting is as good as the NEO.
The current bar is 20 inch (50). I think the kite will turn faster if the bar is 62 cm. ( I will change the bar in the near future)
I had the same problem with the 12 meter NEO kite but since I converted the North bar to a 62 cm bar the problem is gone
This post is about my 1st impression of the kite. I will continue flying a kite and report soon.
I flew the 2017 12 meter kite back in January. I think it was quicker to turn but I can't remember the size of the bar
