Knowing that Territory And Municipal Services (TAMS) are slow to react in these matters, I took it upon myself to give "the point" a clean-up this morning. For too many easterlies, a large fallen tree has blocked our access to the preferred launch site. I've chainsawed as much of the tree as I could; the remainder was too large for my saw. I also cut the long grass as best as my mower could cope.

I'll request TAMS, through Access Canberra, to remove the pile of timber, and to attend to cleaning up the remaining area.
