Just taken delivery of a slightly tweaked 9'5 Insane where I left the width at 28 1/8" but I asked Bert to thin the rails out (4 1/8" vs 4 1/2") which means the volume has come in at 109l vs 124l. I also requested 2 leash plugs.

Board comes standard with a 5 fin setup (which makes for a nice change vs my Speeed & Acid) & the lines of the board look like a stretched out Acid with a subtle flyer/hip + a wafer thin tail.

Only 1 surf in (I still need to experiment with fins) but she paddles well / the rails sit nicely under the water line & she's super quick on the wave. I will post a detailed review once I've clocked some surfing hours.

All I can say for the time being is that the stoke factor is high

Feck this was random. I never get photos taken of me surfing; you know how it is, if it is good everyone surfs. So on a really good day I do the early and after a few I head in. A bloke is sitting on my roo bar taking photos. Me in a pathetic pleading voice - "G'day mate did you get any of me??". Him - "No just taking my mates" (riding REAL boards) Me - BUGGER!!. Him - "Oh hold on may have you in some" Me - You Beauty!!

Not my biggest or best waves but gives you get a hint at the potential of the day. Thanks Steve really appreciate the pics and thanks Burt Rosie is a keeper :) Great spot :)
