I see fat clive was banging on today in parliment about gender equality. There is equality.
We have had a female pm. There are female captains of industry. There are female heads of defence. There are laws against descrimination. Mandating 40 percent women in parliment is rediculous. How about they gain the seats on their own merits. Perhaps the reason there aren't so many is the simple genetic fact that they often take time out of the workforce to have kids, which is fine. Mandating a certain nunmber isn't equality. There should never be quotas on gender or race that need to be employed.
