I just bought few months ago the Icon from Takoon, and wow ! First impress the look is amazing !
I practice wave riding and freestyle strapless, so I was looking for a board able to do the both, without sacrificing any of these discipline.I always wanted to try tomo surf (noseless) and I was right, because of more volume at the front of the board, it's so much forgiving, for the jibe, tack or every other tricks. An other good thing for this shape is when you jump, once you face de wind, the board is stuck under your feet without any grabs.

Once in the wave, the board can accelerate really quickly, if you put your back foot at the end of the board, that's become really radical. I also really like the quality of the pads and the stopper for the front foot whose forgive a lot.The construction looks really strong and you feel comfortable to push your limits ;)

PS: I saw some picture of the Icon 2016 on Takoon Kiteboarding Family Facebook page and that's look beautiful with their new material "Flaxbiotek" lighter and stronger
