Back Kick Gybe
I saw a vid a few weeks ago which I can no longer locate. The vision was taken buy a guy with a helmet cam on a strapless directional. When he got to the end of his tack he somehow gybed the board by planting his back foot and spinning the nose upwind to leave the nose pointing in the opposite direction. He did this in both directions. It seemed like a highly efficient and slick way to gybe the board but I cant find any info at all about this gybe technique. Does anyone have any info about this?
