After posting my first wooden board (pic 1) a few months ago I have now finished the second one I was able to reduce the boards weight to 9.5kg by using PVC foam for the internal ribs and laminated foam, cork and paulownia for the frame (rails). The tail block is still the same, australian red cedar, deck and base are paulownia. Size: 9' * 29 1/2'' * 4''
