Gday chasing some feeback from anyone who has successfully built a 2-3 board quiver used both for surfing and kiting.

I figure the following is required:

1. Small wave surfboard
2. Small wave strappless kiteboard
3. Good wave surfboard
4. Strapped kiteboard for hairy conditions

1 and 2 can be probably be combined. The only issue is probably volume - usually for paddling small surf you'd use a fishy shape with a bit of volume. Kite boards typically don't carry the volume as it's not required.

Not sure if 3 and 4 can be combined? Usually I would surf a 6'2" in good surf. Again a typical kite board would generally be smaller than this in all dimensions due to floatation not being an issue.

Obviously stength vs weight is another issue.

So is anyone getting away with kiting and paddling the same quiver?
