I bought this harness today from kp. I've got a single low friction pulley that dead simple and works really well.
I want to put a second single rope underneath primary incase it's snaps one day. Only problem is there's no pre drilled holes for it. I want to drill a hole for it. Has anyone actually tried drilling a spreader before with success?

Have been using the Duotone/North Rope slider kit for about a year now and it has been absolutely destroying the rope.
I am about to replace the rope for the 3rd time and I don't kite every day.
I like the rope slider set up but am disappointed with the very short life span on the rope.
Using a low friction ring is one option but negates the reason for having the slider kit.
Does anyone have any good suggestions?
