How to repair / replace broken H2 Battens
I had a altercation with a wave a few weeks ago and snapped my X350 460 mast. I thought I had only cracked the top batten of my NP H2 7.7 mt sail but I checked it today and I have actually broken the top 4 battens and also have a issue with the bottom cam head.

I'm looking for some advice on the best way to repair or replace these. I'm not very "handy man'ish"

Yes I'm looking at you Mark - before you launch into DIY :)

Reflex4
Had my first go on the new Reflex4 in 8,6, which a nice and light sail.
It does replace my trustworthy Vapor of the same size.
As the conditions where quite gusty and not enough to being fully powered up, it is difficult to make a comparison.
My first impression are that the sail is lighter and easier to handle, also the pumping is more direct.
I do look forward to get the sail better tuned and the board trim adjusted, plus some new fins for the iSonic127.

Only big disappointment is quality of the batten. The lowest batten broke directly after 20 minutes of sailing on flat water.
Thought that I had trouble with the 490 enigma last year (first one broke instantly, after that it took months to get a new one) it seems that this year Severne makes some new trail&error with the battens
Sorry but not in a sail of this price class.

Carbon tube for battens
Does anyone know where to source carbon tube for battens? This is for a North formula sail, I believe the tube is 12mm diameter with a 2mm wall. I need it in lengths of about 1.6 metres. Broke the original battens in a piddling little shore break :(

The North importer seems to be uninterested, I've tried several sailmakers who will talk happily about their sails but seem to have taken a vow of silence when it comes to materials, and the one carbon foundry I tracked down only supplies tube in 1m lengths. There's a guy in Switzerland who is happy to ship it to me at great expense, but is nice enough to express puzzlement that I'd need to be sourcing the stuff from Switzerland.

Any pointers greatly appreciated.
