Competition Scotts Head 12 Km Ski Paddle & Bop Race
Scotts Head SLSC will be holding a 12 km ocean paddle race an on Saturday 23rd and a BOP race on Sunday 24th of June 2012

the Saturday race will be open to all paddle craft ,standups surf skis ect start time 1.00pm rego from noon

Saturday the course will be dependant on the wind and swell but will be in the ocean and 12km long
only if the swell is out of control we will have the race in the river

Sunday we will have the BOP style race around the cans 5 by 1km loops starting at 10am


it will be either out and back or M shape dependant on surf

entries are $25 for each event



$5 from each race you enter will go into prize pool so the more entrants the more prize money
STAR BOARD will be donating prizes
there will a bbq and drinks after the paddle on Saturday at the surf club

The events are put on for fun and participation
and to get surf paddlers to meet half way between Sydney and the Gold Coast

Scotts Head is a small coastal village of 700 people with a caravan park on the beach
