A very interesting product that is coming out next month:
A leash with a safety inner cord inside the urethane tube, to be able to get back to the land with the board if the leash breaks, + a prominent quick release tab

Interesting at the light of the comments in www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Stand-Up-Paddle/SUP/Leashs-save-lives-story/ I will definitively test one on my "big" (for me) waves board. They tell me the inner cord should resist fin cuts, too.
