Sabydent builds a mini
I am in the planning stage of building a mini. Since I am 1000 miles from the nearest ocean, I will be doing most of my land sailing in a large parking lot. I do not want to do body damage, to either myself or any parked cars, therefore I will want to put a brake on the mini. I think a disc brake would be the best. Any ideas how to put one of those on the wheels? Would it be best on the front or the back? Thanks.

check your GPS settings
heres a lesson for all us folk who worship thier gps speed readings.
Last weekend my little green arrow had been hijackedby little josephine , who was set on bettering her 60.1kph from september.
well she got it.
In a run across the lake in a fleet of 7 minis we were overtaken by a big invisible willy willy and 3 yachts capsized, TP1 with his extra weight rode the gust to leave us all behind , but josephine , with a reefed sail down to 2m on a "special " mast kept the sheet in turned downwind and blasted past TP1 like he was stopping for a picnic. when we arrived at the island J was out of the yacht, screaming, jumping, with a grin like christmas.
there on her (my) GPS was a max of 105.1kph.
first thing done was save the data to the card.
now here I sit having to tell her that at some point in the last 2 months the GPS has been reset to default settings and the file is probably useless.
SO CHECK YOUR SETTINGS!!!!!!
