played around with the fins on a board of mine i wasn't that fussed on and just couldn't get it to go right. then i thought i give it go what tryfan has been on about. that is, big-ish side fins with a medium shortboard style fin as the centre. i kinda just wrote him off, playing around with so many fin setups he wouldn't know what was going on anymore. well, the board turned into something fast, drivey and still loose and that was in some pretty ordinary waves/conditions.
well worth trying if a boards not quite happening for you
