Are we paying for the name
I have often wondered if we pay for the name brand eg if you get 4 high profile board shapers in the same room and ask them to shape you a board all given the exact dimemsions of you're requirement would the boards come out pretty close in shape or not?And would you be able to pick which named board logo goes onto what board?

Tail Shape
after talking to Greg from the mct factory on the weekend,he mentioned a few times that a pin tail is looser than a square tail which has me thinking, what do you think Whats the best HP rear end

Is a square tail ok for a all rounder and is a square tail good for a cruiser

Come on Simondo let me have it

Performance nose Rider Dim Thoughts
Rider 6'5"/195cm x 113kg (I gotta change that last number)

Board 9'6" x 19 3/4" x 23 3/8" x 15" x 3 1/2", Single to Double Concave, Dimond Tail, 1 + 2 fin set up

Would be 2" longer just under 1" wider and 1/4" thicker than my standard longboard.

Would be shaped by Steve Del Rosso in Qld.

another log

Knowing how much you guys like pics of boards here's one my nephew just got for his 21st. It was made by Dain Thomas from Byron. Its 9-4 x 22 7/8 x 2 3/4.
This is a little different to mine with its very kicked tail rocker. The rest of it is pure traditional log with the flat rocker, 50 / 50 rails and heavy glassing. This should really pivot turn well. The rails are really knifey and it feels really good under the arm.
Check the black / white fin. My nephews obviously stoked with it .
