Hi All in Sup Vic Land.

It's time for Rd 5 and hence the last race of the RPS/Starboard "King of the Cerb" series for the 2011/12 season.

In keeping with the RPS mystery format [ due to windy conditions for 3 of the 4 races] the course will be determined on the morning of the race.

Because of the raising of the bar in the overall standard of paddling in Victoria this season, it's been decided to have both a 1 hr and 2 hr race.

The 1 hr race is for relative new-comers and people on flat-bottomed or recreational raceboards.

The 2 hr race is for the intermediate to elite endurance paddler and results for this race will go towards the Victorian Flat Water series.

Both races will be held con-currently around the same course.

Where - Half Moon Bay, Black Rock

Date - Sunday, April 15

Rego - 8.30am

Racing starts at 9.15am Sharp.

Cost - $20 which includes race entry, Bbq and refreshments.

At the conclusion of the race there will be a presentation for the division winners as well as the "Most Improved Paddler" for the season.

There will also be a post-race Bbq upstairs in the HMB SLSC rooms.
