A little while ago I posted about downwind fins.
Being a noob at the fine art of downwinding I was really happy with all the responses and I got better fins to use.
Thanks Aidan from Windgenuity.
AA from Balmoral Boards sent me a wavegrinder fin to try as well, thanks

. I have been really slack in trying it as the surf has been pumping and there has been no wind

Finally tried it on the weekend with a little light wind paddle with Belly Hillaries to Trigg.
+ seemed to be fast really lifted on to tiny runners (even pulled away from Belly but not sure if he was trying with his new QB Elite niiiice!!)
+ Tracked well for a tiny fin no yaw which I was expecting
+ Seemed to surf ok
- caught weed big time.
Looks small
Flexy too

wavegrinder.com/Overall heaps of potential I would like to see a bigger version for downwinders I think it would really lift you on to the plane.
