Rower Repairing Very Damaged Board
Hi! Total disclosure, I am not a windsurfer and know absolutely nothing about the sport. What I am is a rower I'm here because I recently bought a rather rare product which can mount to SUPs and windsurf boards in order to row them.

Today I bought this gem of a board from craigslist. I knew going into it the board was pretty banged up so I only paid $75 for the thing. It's the perfect length and dimensions for my mount so I thought I'd attempt to repair it throughout the winter. I am wondering if there is any advice/tutorials you guys would suggest looking at prior to starting this project. I'm not sure what material "ETA" stands for. All I know about the board right now is that it is a Rainbow Allround Race board and apparently pretty old. I am not sure if the board is so far gone it's not worth repairing other than slapping on some duct tape and caulk, or if I it's within my means to bring the thing back to life for years to come. Any comments are appreciated!
