Or is that Marijuana, Domino's?

Two weeks ago Colorado and Washington State voted to legalise the demon weed for regulated adult use, along the same lines as alcohol and tobacco. Five other US states are now considering the same. A columnist has suggested the dominoes have started to fall, and the rest of the Western world may not be far behind:

Given the approach Western Australia has been taking over the last few years, not only to pot but to anything legislative, will it ever fall?

Vancouver shouldn't be too far off, the stuff is everywhere here. Rarely a day goes by when I don't get a good whiff of it walking around downtown. I can only remember once in my last six years in Perth when I walked past someone brave enough to smoke it on the street.
