I've been spending just 15 seconds a day (yep, 15 seconds, sometimes 30!) for a few weeks and it's made a huge difference, probably added another cm or two.

Just wanted to share, as so easy, and flexability is so important to injury prevention.

And here's something interesting - while bent over, pull your head towards your tummy. Do you feel any tightness through your back? It seems like from the heel to the top of the head is one big long string tendon!
