ok, my experiment with the tri fin didn't work on 14' er. i changed to a 9" hatchet which was good, actually the board flies with it, but i was working to hard in the roughs.

had my eye on this a surf fx and decided to get it and do a second shorter run today.

went really good and held me in the roughs, backwash etc with out taxing myself

ps the last 2 days has been dw heaven on the goldie. done 4 runs in less than 24 hrs- tired as now
