Anyone in the area keen on doing DW Ballina to Lennox or other way depending on conditions, on a semi regular basis for a bit of fitness training. I was thinking once or twice a fortnight wind permiting, I'd be on a 14' DW board. Midweek or weekends ok.

Also wouldn't mind doing the Ross Lane cane drain to Ballina Missingham Bridge on a runout tide, it's about an 11k flat water paddle.
