Don't know if this has been posted before, but in my daily search of news websites to find out who's dead and who's alive, I came across this.

As a regular kiter at Brighton and Hampton, I'm not sure what i am going to do to deal with this - definitely not paying $10 of my hard earnt cash to park my car for 2 hours each day...... And do that 3-4 times a week during the summer....
Fairly outraged.....
Thoughts?
