Has anyone tried one of these, or are they just a gimmick? I have a C4 sub vector 9'6 that doesn't seem to go fast enough on the wave. Would the knubster get me to where I want to make a bottom turn without effecting the turning ability of the board? I am running the the FCS Q7 XC (quad) fins that came with the board. Would some different fins make much of a difference? Any recommendations? Thanks Pete.
picked up an FCS knubster and thought it gave me extra drive so I made a cuple more and got some darc drives and tried them in different set ups. they all seem to go well.
is it just in my mind or is anyone else using them and getting results on sups?
