I got p[ssed off with guys taking days off , especially when they know there are jobs that have to be done urgently, ssssooooo , anyone who has a day off without good cause, (ya have to be dying , or a relative ) can have a week off !
1st one to get the week off hasnt had a day off for a year, then , new girlfriend , and had 4 days off last month. had a day off tuesday , so he now has a week to think about things.
Anyone got any good solutions on how to fix these slack f--ers .
I Hate lazy no good useless pieces of sh-te.
so much money to earn , but no one wants to work for it .
