Axis Tandem Shackles
Hi.
My Missus is really keen to get into tandem Kiting. I've bought the board and was going to hook her up to my harness with the webbing, until I saw this

However, I can only find one supplier (in america) who supplies it and the postage they are asking is $142.
Does anyone know where I can get this in OZ, or at a reasonable postage rate???
