Howdy folks, I'm back again needing your help.

Have been watching these forums for years, they really have provided such a crazy diversity of thought, that this would hopefully be the place for a solution.

About 18 months ago the beings from hell moved in next door to us. I remember sitting bolt upright in my lounge as their primal gruntings first shuddered through our house.

From then on it has been a roller coaster:
the happy family[primal screaming and door slamming , sending shockwaves through our house 160 times a day],

the not so happy family
[primal screaming and door slamming 160 times a day, coughing and phlegm being spat up against the fence 50 times a day, "baby, you've got to let me go out with my friends, I wouldn't shag around, I love these kids too much " twice a week]

and lastly the happy family is no more, the missus has moved on
[kids evey second weekend, primal screaming and door slamming 160 times every 13th and 14th day].

Their patio built right up to the dividing wall, no mucous spit ball goes unheard.

Unfortunately lastly has taken on another dimension, Santa brought the lovelost a high powered radio with a massive bass speaker , a punch bag and 10 teenage friends. For the last 3 months the shockwaves have been blasting through our house.

Numerous requests to contain the noise have been ignored and now the bastards have threatened the safety of my 18 month old pup, who strangely enough barks when all the above drama is going on a against the dividing fence, metres from our house.

While retaliation is the primary thought, that will just lead to losses all around.
Council complaint, a toothless tiger. Involve the cops, they don't care unless a man goes down.

It seems as though I'm stuffed unless I want to move to options that would land me in prison.

Please folks, help me out here.

How does one deal with people who are shafting you so badly and deserve some payback ?
