Is the world war 3 about to happen? Seems like the world is particularly unstable at the moment, more so that at any other point in my life.

Maybe the illuminate are just ramping up the gloom.

Right throughout my life there was always some sort of apocalyptic fear. When I was 7 or 8 years old there was the immanent nuclear threat and the cold war - kids used to draw pics of mushroom clouds.

Since then there has been a steady stream of some sort of doomsday thinking: World wide famine, peak oil, droughts, thinning ozone, acid rain, terrorism, rising sea levels, Y2K, AIDS, cell phone brain cancer, Bird Flu, Swine Flu, Mad Cow Disease, SAARS, Global Warming - I'm sure there's more. Most didn't amount to much.

Now we have so many threats at once: Ebola, the tensions in the Middle East & Russia and climate change. The world seems like a tinderbox waiting to explode. Living in Aussie, we probably have a lot less to fear than anyone else, but when China starts flexing it's muscle in the region then we may have something very real to fear.
