Desperate to get a kite for my Eureka 32 cat.

Need something dead simple as it's just me most times.

I don't have a prodder.

There's a UK Halsey Assymetrical in a chute that was built for a Roberts 29 advertised on the noticeboard for $1500, apparently in perfect nic.

Is this a good price? (I'm not good at negotiating ).

Would it be an adequate size for my size cat?

How do I run it without a prodder? Brace through a block on the windward bow and sheet likewise on leeward?? I do have a pole from a 24ft yacht??
