Due to the injury crisis amongst us older surfers ...
Posture and surfing ..
Take a look at Longboarders sitting on boards ...a lot hunch with back bent .
Tip ..when waiting for wave sit straight with hands on thighs make a conscious effort to keep back straight same when sitting at home .
Get a sore back from paddling ...glute stretches, cobra, dead cat exercise.
Sit ups ..not a fan but try planking ..
Yoga Pilates Thai che all help ..
practice flexibility & you will notice quicker to feet and back/hip problems diminish .
