Has anyone else recognized the hypocrisy?

So many people who have decried violence that is perpetrated by believers of an ideology against those they see as being opposite to themselves, are outwardly celebrating the violent act this kid has committed.

Why is it deemed ok for this kid to physically interfere with someone, knob or not, just because they've said something he doesn't agree with?
