For sure, and it's a significant investment to subscribe to the ACCESS models from the BoM. A subscription option on Seabreeze will be available soon, which will enable the purchase of more data, and if enough people show their support, we can do add this, and EMCWF. 👍

Ok, the blue's have been toned down a bit, and the desktop font size reduced, as was a bit large.

Indeed .. let me (Laurie) know. You should see version 1.0 of the site. Urrgh. You'd be begging NOT to go back to that one. 😂

Anybody else? If so, let me know the device (mobile/desktop). Have made a lot of tweaks last two weeks to colors, font sizes etc based on comments, so if you don't speak up, how can I know what's bugging you? 🤷‍♂️ I'm all ears...

Are you able to tone down the blue in the main bar somewhat? It feels like it's burning my retinas.

I like the radar image shortcut - was it on the old site? I've never noticed it before. BOM always needed 4 or 5 clicks to get there. Now it's impossible on the BOM.

Hehe.. as much as a glaring sun off the water at 3pm? 😅

Rain Radar is new! Loving it.

Just had a look into this, and adjusted various fonts/avatars/colours, and side-by-side comparison with old site, and the new site actually uses less space for the same text now. but with a bigger more readable font. 🎉

The time is only readable if I halve the distance to the screen and squint, just making the font normal black would help.
I doubt I'm the only one that's interested in how long ago the last post happened.

How's this?

Great stuff, the new "auto save post" is great. It even saves across different posts, so you can always come back to a post.

Any other dramas/features, time to speak up, else looks pretty complete, and everybody is happy?

Ever had a post lost because of a server error, or a network error, or your browser crashed?

When you're typing a post now, it's saved every 5 seconds to local browser storage.

This post, I typed .. closed the browser .. came back here .. hit "Reply" .. and here it is! 🎉

This only works on the new beta site
