Yes . There is a Compass in the Bay,that was retrieved from the grave as the old mates life"s work .
Did her up beautifully,with a furler,and New 4 stroke outboard on the stern . Family turned up once,and motored around the Bay,then the wife got crook,and motor was pinched - never saw them again ,and was passed on to another dreamer,with the exact same result !
Now just another mooring minder/bird's-nest !
Stick with what you have,and keep it simple,so no big sad if does not work out .
(+ do not shout,as that will be the end of it ! )

Sacrilege ? But Macgregors are close to floating caravans (most TS are tents with a lid )= happy wife/kids + with the power to get there/away from trouble ?
Are almost affordable now,but the trailer would be critical - do not rely on an original single axle !
Worth a trip to Goolwa SA,where yards full of boats,via Mclaren Vale for a tipple !

Get the biggest Hanging Bag Moisture Grabbers from Bunnings -( 3x496 g )
Will last a couple of weeks ,during present conditions,in Contessa cabin,with minimal ventilation.
