If you're big, 14+15 will suck. Crab like sailing, little lift, also tail slides will be hard to control. Depends on the surface area but still.
Depends on your style, your spot, do you need to point, or side off, do you need safety or looseness, etc. Steep wave, round waves, etc.

Unless going for top gps numbers, go for the best looking (to you) sail. Try a few different things during your first sessions, take notes.
Sometimes a sail will perform better with a mast from a different brand!
Forget anything less than 75% carbon and off you go.
Often times freeride sails are cc anyway across most manufacturers.

Ezzy sails are a bit like cambered sails, that why they require a bit more outhaul. They can be quite powerful but manageable still even at min. Like you I think I was using medium dh and min to med ot never more.

Mountain board + small sail + smooth surface (dirt or asphalt)
