There was a post on the forum a while back regarding someone doing a purchase of toerail from NZ, they needed others to come in on the order to make it cost effective. I did a search for the post, but I couldn't find it, you may have better luck. Maybe they ended up with more than they needed, it's worth a look?

Trek, Ip67 is supposed to be good to 1 meter for up to 30 mins. I guess if you wanted to do a deep rudder, maybe a plasic bag over the head somehow might mitigate the water pressure ingress to some degree? What do you think? I'd use it primarily for decks and hull sides to or just below water line I think.
