Current system so you could go buy the latest wing from Armstrong and bolt it straight on tomorrow.

72cm mast is good length to learn, 70 fuse is the best for learning, its the longest Armstrong make so it slows down the response of the foil up/down which allows beginner to get a handle on things. CF1200V2 is a nice stable wing and paired with CF300V2 tail is a good starting platform for the price. The extra KD Maui G10 tail will speed the system up and make it more manoeuvrable once you have things under control.

Coming from surfing, prone foiling is the hardest thing I think ive ever learnt, but the most rewarding.. its worth the effort, opens so many doors to get away from the crowded surf breaks..
